Iran Cut Off From SWIFT. The international community has cut of Iranian banks including Iran’s Central Bank from using SWIFT. The Society of Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunications is the world largest servicer of international money transfers. By eliminating Iran’s access to SWIFT Iran will not be able to receive payments for their oil and other goods.
