A third explosion has occurred at Bostons JFK Library.

The Boston fire department has confirmed a third explosion has occurred about a 1/2 hr ago at JFK Library. Additionally, another explosive device was found in front of Boston's luxury Mandarin Hotel. The next fire department briefing will be at 7:00pm est.
