Free Photo Editing Software Worth Considering

If you are looking for a free photo editing program with all the bells and whistles, you might want to consider Photo Pos Pro.

I would consider myself a novice when it comes to photo editing. That's why I like Photo Pos Pro. When you start the program a tips window comes up. These tips show some of the features and potential of this software. Best part is these tips are always related to something I'm about to do. This is great since I don't use the software that often and when I do, I need the tips to walk we through the process of editing my photo project.
