This will allow non-executive employees, which hold 9.87M shares to sell their stock. The expiration of the lock-up period will increase the number of outstanding tradable shares by 12% to 90M. But net profit at the company declined 55% to $1.4B after the company took a $655M charge due to memory-chip problems. Adjusted revenue fell 7.4% to $11.2B.
