Lower energy prices a hurting energy stocks today.  Fighting the trend is BP (BP) 36.62 +2.57, +7.55%.  Positive news about the Gulf oil spill and renewed rumors about a possible takeover from another company are helping boost the shares.

Shares of Apple (AAPL) 257.75 -1.87, -0.69% are lower today after Consumer Report said it cannot recommend Apples new iPhone 4 due to poor reception problems.
