Oct. Unemployment Rate Jumps.

The Unemployment Rate for October came in at 7.9%, higher than analysis expected and higher then when President Obama took office.  More worrisome is that the U6 Real Unemployment Rate came in at a very high 14.6%.  The U6 real rate includes people that found work, but are underemployed or had to take part time work.
