Electronic Arts and Disney Announce Deal. In an announcement made yesterday Electronic Arts (EA) said they have a multi-year deal with Disney (DIS) to make new Star Wars games. Disney will maintain the rights to develop mobile, online, and social games for the franchise. Disney recently decided to close LucasArts' game development studio.
