MORNING COFFEE

EU Debt Talks Scheduled. EU leaders are meeting again today to try to come up with a comprehensive plan to solve the EU debt crisis.  Expectations have fallen after the fiancĂ© ministers canceled a meeting. Countries in the EU are divided on how to increase the EU's bailout fund. Additionally, the Italian government is in danger of collapsing over EU demands for reform.

Upgrades
Teleflex (TFX): Stephens raised their rating from Equal Weight to Overweight and raised their target price from $60.00 to $67.00.

Netflix (NFLX): Hudson Securities raised their rating from Hold to Buy and placed a target price of $110.00 on the company.

Downgrades
Autoliv (ALV): KeyBanc Capital Markets lowered their rating from Buy to Hold.

US Cellular (USM): Brigantine imitated coverage with a Sell rating and target price of $37.00.

Nokia (NOK): Northland Securities Initiated coverage with an Outperform rating and target price of $10.00.
