EU Debt Talks Scheduled. EU leaders are meeting again today to try to come up with a comprehensive plan to solve the EU debt crisis.  Expectations have fallen after the fiancé ministers canceled a meeting. Countries in the EU are divided on how to increase the EU's bailout fund. Additionally, the Italian government is in danger of collapsing over EU demands for reform.

Teleflex (TFX): Stephens raised their rating from Equal Weight to Overweight and raised their target price from $60.00 to $67.00.

Netflix (NFLX): Hudson Securities raised their rating from Hold to Buy and placed a target price of $110.00 on the company.
