Teva CEO Steps Down. Shlomo Yanai  CEO of Teva (TEVA) announced he is stepping down from his position with the company.  He will be replaced in May by Jeremy Levin, formerly of Bristol-Myers Squibb. Under the leadership of Yanai, who had no previous pharmaceutical experience, Teva shares declined 22% last year. Pre-market: 41.99 +1.63 (4.04%)
