Goldman Sachs Forecasts Big Jump In Commodity Prices. In a report from Goldman Sachs Group (GS) an analyst predicts a 18.2% jump in commodities in the next 12 months, with energy and industrial metals showing the largest gains. The report forecast energy will gain 26.5% followed by industrial metals with a 10% gain. The report goes on to say that precious metals will gain 6%, livestock 4.5%.
