Potash Corp (POT) 140.25 +28.12, +25.07% is having a great day after the company rejected an offer from BHP Billiton (BHP) to purchase the company for $130.00 per share.

Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF) 34.32 -3.31, -8.80% shares are getting hit after the company posted earnings that beat estimates.  Analysts didn’t like that the teen clothing retailer's inventory jumped +47% to $480 million at the end of the second quarter.

Wal-Mart (WMT) 50.39 +0.98, +1.94% shares are also higher today after the company reported a good earnings report and raised its full year 2011 guidance.
