MORNING COFFEE

3M To Buy Attenti. 3M announced that they are purchasing Attenti Holdings SA for $230 million in cash.  The company makes technology used to remotely monitor criminals and elder care patients.

India’s Economy On A Roll. India's economy expanded +8.8% in Q2 which was the fastest pace in over two years. The growth may cause the government to raise interest rates to keep inflation in check.

Upgrades
Comerica (CMA): Robert W. Baird raised their rating from Neutral to Outperform and placed a target price of $42.00 on the company.
Bristol-Myers (BMY): Jefferies raised their rating from Neutral to Buy and raised their target price from $28.80  to $30.00.

Dollar General (DG): reported quarterly earnings of $0.42 beating estimates by +$0.04.
