BofA Finds Errors In Foreclosure Paperwork. Bank of America (BAC) has reported that they have found errors in the foreclosure paperwork it began examining last week. The bank said that the errors have been minor so far, including misspellings of borrowers' names and wrong addresses.  These errors were found while reviewing less than 1% of the foreclosure files.  Some are questioning what kind of other errors will be found in the remaining 99% of the banks foreclosure files.
