Netflix to raise rates. Reports say that Netflix is set to raise their subscription rates on those wanting both their by mail DVD service and their internet service from $10.00 a month to $16.00.  For those wanting to rent two DVD’s at a time the price will increase33% to $20.00 and for those wanting three DVD’s the new charge will be $24.00 per month a 20% increase. Initial reports say that for those wishing to only use their internet movie survive the fee will remain at $8.00 per month. Pre-market: 299.79 +8.52 (2.93%)
