MORNING COFFEE

eBooks Outsell Hardcover’s. Amazon said that over the last three months, it has sold more e-books than hardcovers, which is "astonishing when you consider that we’ve been selling hardcover books for 15 years, and Kindle books for 33 months." Additionally, sales of Amazon’s (AMZN) e-reader have tripled since the company lowered its price last month fro, $259.00 to $189.00.

ProLogis (PLD): RBC Capital Markets raised their rating from Sector Perform to Outperform and place a target price of $15.00 on the company.
